Throughout my life, I witnessed the pain and harm of domestic violence and sexual assault not only on the victims but also the victims loved one, their families, relatives, friends and wider communities. This destroys and ruin the beautiful gift of “life” its meaning and beauty.

Under no circumstances, violence against women should be encouraged or allowed anywhere in the world. Violence (any kind of it) against Females is coward act and bravery is standing against it.

I always said, will be saying and promoting NO MORE. Together we can spread awareness, stand tall against domestic violence and sexual assault and make a difference. Remember, no action is small and every word counts……let’s start from ourselves, our homes and close circles….
